Cedar fever cure? Probably not but worth a try ๐ชต
Originally brewed in 2013 as a cedar-aged hoppy farmhouse ale, El Cedro returns in 2025 reimagined through a new lens. Now a pure culture West Coast IPA, itโs built on a base of Pilsner malt and loaded with Simcoe, Mosaic, Columbus, Amarillo, and Citra Cryo.
During the first dry hop, we added Spanish Cedar spirals straight into the tank, layering in that signature woodsy spice alongside waves of citrus zest and classic IPA piney bitterness.
El Cedro brings together cedar cabin warmth, Hill Country brush, and citrus oil over a crisp, clean bitternessโfor a brew that drinks like a deep breath under the big Texas sky. Very limited package. Cheers!

Back after a two-year hiatus is Astral Reflection โ a Hazy IPA in collaboration with our great friends at Celestial Beerworks in Dallas! @celestialbeerworks
This batch of Astral Reflections aimed to drive the tropical intensity through the roof with a heavy addition of two advanced hop products right at canning time โ Maui Nelson Hop Kief (liquid dry-hop) from Freestyle Hops and Pineapple Paradise Euphorics (blend of hops and natural botanials) from Haas. Resulting in an IPA thatโll take you to Tiki heaven!
